Sales Tax Exemption Notice
Customers located in Puerto Rico or the United States may be eligible for exemption from applicable sales taxes (including Puerto Rico IVU or U.S. state sales tax) under nonprofit, religious, or resale status. However, in accordance with federal and local tax regulations:
Puerto Rico Customers must submit a valid Form AS-2916.1 (Certificate for Exempt Purchases) issued by the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury (SURI) prior to the transaction.

U.S. Mainland Customers must submit a valid State Resale or Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, issued by their respective state’s Department of Revenue, prior to the transaction.

In the absence of these documents at the time of sale, sales tax will be charged as required by law.
